Some guy in France has mashed up NOAA’s charts
with Google maps to create a detailed map of the
sea.
It's a little buggy but my personal productivity just took a
serious nosedive.

I also saw it over at Craig's, it is very cool. You can also go to the NOAA site to download charts:
