I think some marine engineers are throwing plastic bags in the water around here so they can charge unsuspecting boaters for points 1-6!!!

Could be the case around here too. That said, after Irene there was so much flooding that it's pushed a ton of debris into the coastal waters of NJ, NY and CT. Trees and trash have become a real hazard

The serious stuff (1-6) usually happens only if it's your anniversary and you've promised your wife you'll be home in time to take her out to dinner.

The rest of the time, it's a plastic bag wrapped around the shaft.
